Klaviyo is bringing the power of AI to reviews. We now show shoppers AI-suggested headlines based on the content of their review – enabling them to click submit much faster.

You can now use AI to create personalised review replies with the click of a button. When any new review comes in, Klaviyo’s AI will automatically generate a series of replies – saving you time and helping you respond to customers faster.
