Since day 1, our priority at Klaviyo has been to build products our customers love.

We are committed to consistently improving and refining everything we do – fast – so that we can develop features that address our customers’ needs, and ensure they have the tools to build lasting relationships and generate meaningful revenue.

We aim for two things in product development: pace and wonder. Pace, meaning every day it should feel like something gets better. And wonder, meaning that when we unveil what we’ve been working on, it should feel magical – like stepping inside the gates at Willy Wonka’s world – with innovation and creativity around every corner.

Last year, we released over 500 features. And we’re just getting started.

But it’s not just about releasing new products and features. We need to make sure that you have access to the newest features and all the resources you need to get the most out of these new features.

That’s why we’ve overhauled our product release process, starting with our ‘What’s New’ page. Here, you’ll find all of our latest features, improvements and updates – everything you need to stay in the know. And, with our new page, you’re able to subscribe to feature release updates so that each month you can automatically receive an email about what we’ve shipped that month. We will continue to release rapidly but will also bring you quarterly releases where we highlight the best features for you.

Here are a few of my favorite updates we shared on the page today:

Recently launched

  • Centralized Ad Audience Sync Experience & TikTok Integration: Manage your ad audiences at scale with the new centralized ad audience sync experience. Connect and instantly sync a list or segment to all of your connected ad platforms–all from one unified location. Now including our new integration with TikTok–the fourth largest ad platform for small businesses in America.
  • Portfolio: The smartest way to manage all your accounts in one place. Streamline multi-account management, work efficiently, and scale winning strategies across all accounts with Klaviyo portfolio.
  • Smart Opt In: Grow your SMS list faster with Klaviyo’s Smart Opt-In. Visitors receive a one-time code that autofills directly in the form, keeping them on your site and back to shopping in seconds. This supercharges opt-in rates and provides clear cross-site attribution insights.

Coming soon

  • Flows AI: Work smarter, with a whole lot less effort – Klaviyo AI now includes generative AI for flows. Describe the flow you want to create and let Klaviyo do the rest. In seconds, AI generates the flow trigger, actions, delays, and logic for you.
  • Product Analysis: Promote the right products at the right time to drive repeat purchases. With product analysis, you’ll understand when customers return and which products they buy – together and in subsequent orders – and use these insights to create relevant, personalized merchandising and post-purchase strategies.

Thank you for your feedback – keep pushing us. We’re committed to continuing to innovate and deliver the best possible solutions for you.
