Klaviyo welcomes Eddie O’Brien as new SVP of Global Partnerships
Our diverse ecosystem of partners is integral to our mission at Klaviyo, the success of our customers, and we deeply believe that the success of our partners is central to our success. That’s why we’re excited to share that Eddie O’Brien has joined Klaviyo as our new SVP of Global Partnerships.
Eddie brings 25+ years of extensive global experience from both enterprise-level companies and startups. Most recently, he led international sales and partnerships at Gong, where he oversaw the development of a new revenue intelligence partner program and ecosystem. Prior to Gong, Eddie held senior leadership roles across partnerships and global customer success for esteemed businesses including UiPath, Dropbox and Microsoft. Most importantly, Eddie has a bias for action and a passion for driving impactful results.
Today, the Klaviyo ecosystem has over 5,000 marketing and consulting partners, and more than 350 pre-built integrations like Meta, Mindbody, Shopify, and Gorgias. This year, we’ve expanded our investment in our ecosystem with enhanced resources, tools, and training. We’ve guided our partners through evolving customer needs, expanded integrations to allow us to grow together, and launched the Klaviyo Partner Portal, the one-stop-shop for partners managing their Klaviyo book of business. Partners have always been at the forefront of pushing the boundaries of the Klaviyo platform and the impact it drives for our shared customers. We are incredibly proud of what we have built with our partners so far. Looking ahead, we see a tremendous opportunity to further expand our ecosystem globally and collectively enhance the value we deliver to our customers. We will continue to innovate and grow side-by-side with our incredible partners.
