Recognized for her ability to translate complex products into clear, compelling stories, Kelly has spent over two decades building category-defining brands and scaling high-performing teams. Prior to Klaviyo, she served as CMO of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, where she helped shape one of the most successful enterprise platforms in digital commerce.
