Cody DeCamp

Cody is Corporate Counsel at Klaviyo, with a focus on mobile marketing compliance, assisting the development of compliance features across mobile channels, and managing litigation or other disputes involving the company. Prior to joining Klaviyo, he worked as an attorney at several top law firms where he defended brands in court cases involving alleged violations of consumer protection laws such as of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Florida’s Telephone Solicitation Act. He also helped his client navigate state and federal investigations relating to marketing practices and helped several leading brands navigate the complicated web of telemarketing regulations so they could connect with their customers in a compliant way. When he isn’t keeping Klaviyo and its customers up to date on the latest legal news, Cody loves spending time with his dog Penny and rooting on his back to back World Series champion Los Angeles Dodgers.
