Klaviyo Appoints Eric Fearday as Chief Revenue Officer

BOSTON — February 9, 2026 —Today Klaviyo announced the appointment of Eric Fearday as Chief Revenue Officer. Fearday will lead Klaviyo’s global sales and partnerships organization as the company enters its next phase of growth.

Fearday joins Klaviyo as it experiences growing demand for its autonomous CRM bringing decades of experience building and scaling GTM teams through periods of significant growth. Over his career, he has led enterprise expansion, supported multi-product platforms, and operated at true global scale.

Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Global Sales at Workday, where he led specialized, digital, and AI-enabled sales teams and supported complex, multi-product growth. He has also held senior leadership roles at MX, DataStax, SAP, and Oracle.

“Eric is joining Klaviyo at an important moment in our journey,” said Chano Fernandez, co-CEO at Klaviyo. “We’re serving larger and more complex customers, expanding internationally, and scaling the way we go to market. Eric’s experience building teams at global scale will help us meet this moment and deliver even more value to customers around the world.”

In his role, Fearday will focus on three key growth areas:

  • Advancing AI-driven impact. Helping customers use AI to make smarter decisions and act on insights faster, not just automate tasks.
  • Expanding upmarket. Supporting mid-market and enterprise organizations with flexible, dependable solutions that scale with complexity.
  • Accelerating global growth. Building on Klaviyo’s growing international footprint while deepening customer relationships worldwide.

“What drew me to Klaviyo is the combination of ambition and practicality,” said Fearday. “The team isn’t chasing AI for AI’s sake. Klaviyo is focused on applying it where it creates real value; accelerating growth, improving customer experiences, and helping teams do more with less friction. That clarity of purpose is powerful, and I’m excited to help bring it to more customers around the world.”

Fearday will officially begin his role on February 12, 2026.
